Where to find us
Our office is at Nairobi Garage Westlands, 4th Floor, Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya. Visits are by appointment - send us a WhatsApp message first so the right person is there to meet you. Most car wash owners never need to visit: setup, training and support all work over WhatsApp, a phone call or a video call, wherever your car wash is.
How we can help
- Before you sign up: tell us how your car wash runs today and we'll tell you honestly whether CarwashManage fits, and which plan.
- Getting started: help loading your services, prices, staff and commission rates, and training your counter team.
- M-Pesa: connecting each branch's own till by manual entry, Daraja STK Push or Kopo Kopo - or our one-time M-Pesa Setup Service.
- Everyday support: send a screenshot or voice note on WhatsApp and we'll help you sort it out.
Getting a fast answer
WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach us during working hours, because you can send a screenshot, a photo of a receipt or a short voice note and we can see exactly what you see. If you are writing about your account, tell us the name of your car wash and the branch, and the phone number you use to log in. Please never send us your password or your M-Pesa PIN - we will never ask for them.
If you are still deciding, it helps to tell us a little about your car wash: how many bays and washers you have, roughly how many cars you wash on a busy day, whether you do carpets or detailing, and how customers pay you today - cash, a Till number, a Paybill or a mix. With that we can point you to the right plan and show you the parts of CarwashManage that matter for you, instead of a long general tour.
