Our team does it with you: we get your own Till or Paybill approved for Daraja, set up STK Push and payment confirmation in your CarwashManage account, and test it with real payments - so money lands directly in your till, never with us.

Which plan is right for my car wash?
Starter suits a single car wash moving off the exercise book: one branch, a small team, M-Pesa and cash recorded against every wash, and daily reports. Growth is for a busy wash or a second and third branch: unlimited staff, advanced reports and commissions, loyalty and memberships, and priority support. Pro is for owners with many branches who want custom branding and a dedicated contact on our team.

Pricing questions
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Create your account and you can use CarwashManage free for 14 days. No card or M-Pesa payment is needed to start. Before the trial ends you choose a plan and pay. Nothing is charged automatically, because we never ask for your card details.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. You don't need a credit or debit card to start the trial, and you can pay for your subscription with M-Pesa when you're ready.
How do I pay for my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed in Kenyan shillings and can be paid by M-Pesa from inside the app. If you are outside Kenya or need an invoice for another payment method, contact us and we'll agree on the best option.
What does yearly billing save me?
Yearly billing costs the same as 10 months, so you get two months free compared with paying monthly. The exact yearly price for each plan is shown on the plan cards when you switch the toggle to yearly.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move up to a bigger plan when you open a new branch or hire more staff, or move down if your needs change. Your washes, customers and reports stay in your account when you switch.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no long-term contract on monthly billing; you can stop at the end of any billing period. You can export your reports to PDF or Excel before you go.
Can each branch use its own M-Pesa till?
Yes. Each branch can have its own Till or Paybill, connected in one of three ways: manual entry of M-Pesa payments (works on day one with no setup), Safaricom Daraja STK Push on your own till, or Kopo Kopo. Money always goes straight to your own till, never through us.
Can you set up M-Pesa STK Push for me?
Yes. Our optional one-time M-Pesa Setup Service gets your own Till or Paybill approved for Safaricom Daraja API access (Go-Live), configures STK Push and payment confirmation in your account, and tests it with you. Contact us on WhatsApp for the current price.
