We start where your day starts: a car arriving at the gate. You'll see how the counter checks it in with the plate, vehicle type, service and washer, how a photo of the number plate can fill the plate in, and how the car moves through the queue until the customer collects it.
Then we follow the money. We'll show an M-Pesa STK Push from the counter, a cash payment and a Till payment recorded by hand, and how each one is tied to the wash so nothing goes unaccounted for. If you have more than one branch, we'll show how each can use its own till, and what our M-Pesa Setup Service does if you want STK Push on your own Paybill or Till.
Finally, the owner's view: commissions per washer, stock levels and expenses, loyalty and wash packages, and the daily report you can open on your phone from anywhere and export to PDF or Excel. Bring your questions - the demo follows what matters to you, and there is no obligation to sign up afterwards. When you're ready, the 14-day free trial needs no card, and plans start from KES 2,500 a month.

Is the live demo free?
Yes. The live demo is free and needs no sign-up. It opens a sample car wash with example washes, staff, payments and reports so you can click around on your own.
Will my changes in the demo be saved?
No. The demo is shared and its data resets every night, so feel free to check in cars, record payments and try things out. When you're ready for your own records, start a free trial instead.
How long is a guided demo?
Most guided demos take 20 to 30 minutes over a WhatsApp video call, a phone call or in person in Nairobi. We follow your questions, so it can be shorter or longer.
What should I prepare for a guided demo?
Have your service price list, the number of washers and branches, and how you take payments today (cash, Till, Paybill). With that we can show you your own car wash in the system instead of a generic tour.
