STK Push at the counter, automatic reconciliation.
Send an M-Pesa STK Push from the counter and the customer only types their PIN. The payment is tied to the wash automatically, so there is no copying of M-Pesa codes into a book. Cash, Paybill, Till, card and bank payments are recorded against the wash too, and each branch can use its own till.

How the modules work together
Everything starts with the check-in. When a car is checked in, CarwashManage already knows the service and its price, which washer is on it and which branch it is in. When the customer pays, by STK Push or cash, the payment is attached to that same wash. The washer's commission is worked out from it, and the day's report updates on your phone.
That one chain is what stops money from leaking. A wash with no payment stands out. A payment with no wash stands out. If the shampoo used this week doesn't match the number of washes, you see that too. You don't have to be at the car wash to know what happened there.
Because it runs in the browser, you don't need to buy a computer to start. A phone or a cheap tablet at the counter is enough, an 80mm thermal printer is optional, and you can open the owner dashboard from your own phone, a laptop at home or a PC in the office.
