Paying with MoMo in Kigali
In Rwanda, MTN MoMo is the most common way to pay, including MoMo Pay merchant codes at businesses, with Airtel Money also used. Some customers pay cash or by card. Prices are in Rwandan francs (RWF).
CarwashManage has no built-in MoMo integration today. Your staff record each payment against the wash and select the method, for example MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, card or cash. The daily report then shows how much came through each method, so you can match it to your MoMo merchant statement. The app shows amounts in KES for now, so please talk to our team about RWF display before subscribing.

In Kigali you get the full set of operations tools: check-in and queue, before and after photos, commissions, inventory and expenses, loyalty, reports, multi-branch, customer tracking and WhatsApp notifications. Payments are not automated here; staff enter them manually, and amounts are labelled in KES today. Support comes remotely from Nairobi by WhatsApp, phone and email, and Kigali (CAT) is one hour behind Nairobi (EAT). Contact us about billing options, since plans are billed in KES.

Can I use MoMo Pay with CarwashManage?
Your customers can keep paying to your MoMo Pay merchant code as usual. You then record the payment against the wash in the system; there is no automatic MoMo link today.
Can customers track their car?
Yes. They enter their phone number and plate on a public page, without creating an account, and see whether the car is in the queue, being washed or ready.
What are your support hours for Rwanda?
