How many branches can I manage?
The Growth plan covers up to three branches, and the Pro plan has no branch limit. If you start on a single-branch plan, you can upgrade when you open your next location.
Can each branch have its own M-Pesa till?
Yes. Every branch can use its own Till or Paybill, connected by manual entry (works on day one), Safaricom Daraja STK Push, or Kopo Kopo. Money lands in that branch's till, and reports show each branch's M-Pesa separately. Our optional M-Pesa Setup Service can connect the tills for you.
Can a branch manager see other branches?
Only if you allow it. Roles and permissions let you limit each manager to their own branch, while you as the owner can see every branch and the combined totals.
Can each branch have different prices?
Yes. Services and prices can be set up per branch, so a location in a busy town centre can charge differently from one in a quieter estate.
Do I need a separate subscription per branch?
No. Your branches sit under one account and one owner login. The plan you choose sets how many branches you can add.
